We offer multiple purchase packages, but only two real membership types: Free and Paid. Free members can use the core product with daily limits. All paid packages unlock the same core entitlements, with differences mainly in billing cycle and payment mode.

- Are files uploaded to the cloud?
- Media processing runs locally by default. We do not proactively upload your image, video, or GIF files for cloud processing.
- Why do I need to sign in?
- Tooliva uses an account-based license model. Sign-in syncs membership rights, validates license status, and keeps purchase records.
- What data is synced after sign-in?
- Only account info, membership status, order records, and license status are synced. Media files are processed locally by default.
- Which operating systems are supported?
