Running into setup issues? These answers may help.

The Windows installer will not run—what should I do?
Confirm Windows 10 64-bit or later and try running as administrator. Check security software blocks or contact support.
macOS says the app is from an unidentified developer?
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security to allow the app, or right-click the installer and choose Open.
How do I check my installed version?
Open the app and go to Settings → About. The download page also lists the latest release.
Do I need to stay online after install?
Sign-in and membership/license sync require network access. Media processing still runs locally by default once you are signed in.
Can I upgrade in place?
Yes. Install the latest package over your existing install—settings are usually preserved. Back up output folders first.
