Common issues you may run into during installation.
- What should I do if I see a low disk space warning?
- Free up disk space or switch to a drive with more available space. Then change Storage Location Mode to Custom Directory in Settings, pick the new location, and import the files again.
- What if Tooliva says this device does not meet the AI installation requirements?
- Confirm that you are using 64-bit Windows 10 or Windows 11 and that both available memory and disk space are at least 8 GB. If the issue remains, check whether the installation directory allows write access.
- Do I need to install separate extraction software?
- No. After you select ai-runtime.7z, Tooliva extracts and installs it automatically. You do not need WinRAR or 7-Zip.
- Can I cancel after clicking Replace?
- You will see a confirmation step before the import starts. Once you confirm, the currently installed file will be replaced and cannot be restored, so review the file carefully first.
- The model is imported, but the tool still says it is not ready. What should I do?
- Go back to Settings → AI Enhancement Components and check the status there. If it still looks incorrect, select big-lama.pt again and import it one more time.
- Can I import the model before installing the runtime?
- Install ai-runtime.7z first, then import big-lama.pt. Reversing the order may cause the status to appear incorrect.
